THE WORKING DEFINITION OF SHEJA

What SHEJA describes

SHEJA is an interdisciplinary space for thought.

It brings together philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, ethics, beauty and lived experience to create a shared language about the human being.

Not to develop yet another method.

But to offer orientation in an age where knowledge grows faster than clarity.

SHEJA does not understand development as optimisation.

It sees it as a conscious return to our own humanity.

Every idea, text, research project and conversation within SHEJA grows out of this shared foundation.

This working definition makes no claim to finality.

It describes the current framework upon which SHEJA is built.

It may continue to evolve.

Just as our understanding of what it means to be human continues to grow.

SHEJA is not a method.

SHEJA is a school of thought and orientation for the human being of the twenty-first century.
