JOURNEY & EXPERIENCE
Jelica Stanojlovic combines several decades of leadership experience with a deep understanding of human reality, emotional dynamics, and the inner world of high-performing women.
Her work exists at the intersection of:
Leadership.
Presence.
Nervous system awareness.
The art of self-leadership.
Human depth.
And conscious feminine ambition.
Not as a theoretical concept.
But as a lived experience.
For many years, she has guided, led, and observed people carrying significant responsibility.
People under pressure.
People navigating transition.
People operating in high-performance environments.
And people facing complex life realities.
Particularly women.
Women who appeared strong.
Who kept moving forward.
Who continued to lead.
To achieve.
To carry.
And who, despite everything, eventually began to sense that sustainable strength, without a genuine connection to oneself, comes at a cost.
THE QUEST
SHEJA was not born from a business idea.
It was born from many years of observation.
From responsibility.
From leadership.
From life genuinely lived.
And from one essential question:
How can a person go far, lead, create, and at the same time remain deeply connected to themselves?
THE WORK
Today, Jelica works with visionary, ambitious, and high-performing women who no longer wish to separate ambition, depth, leadership, and their inner truth.
Not less life. But a more conscious way of living it.

Jelica reflects.......
MY STORY...
Perhaps my attention to human beings began very early.
Long before words became important.
I was born a twin.
From the very beginning, there was a presence in front of me.
A mirror.
A quiet form of connection.
⸻
Perhaps such an early experience of closeness develops a particular sensitivity to what happens between people.
To atmosphere.
To resonance.
To subtle shifts.
To what people say.
And to what they leave unsaid.
Later, another layer of perception was added.
Growing up between different cultures, languages, and realities.
You learn very early how to read a room.
How to sense people.
How to recognize when someone is truly present—and when they are merely functioning.
⸻
Life later led me through many different realities.
Leadership.
Responsibility.
Business.
Relationships.
Loss.
Strength.
And the periods when life asks a great deal of us.
At the same time, I spent more than three decades working in leadership, sales, management, mentoring, and supporting people in positions of responsibility.
I led teams.
I moved between external performance and inner reality.
And over many years, I observed how deeply success, emotional well-being, and self-connection are intertwined.
⸻
But as the years passed, I became less interested in how people become successful.
I became more interested in how extraordinary women manage to remain deeply themselves while carrying responsibility, leading, creating, and bringing meaningful things into the world.
Because many ambitious women learn very early how to be strong.
They think big.
They take responsibility.
They build.
They persevere.
They lead.
They function.
And often, this creates a remarkable ability to keep moving forward—even when inner tension has already been present for a long time.
Not because they lack strength.
But because they possess an extraordinary capacity.
⸻
And perhaps this is the true challenge of modern, ambitious, high-performing women:
Not becoming successful.
But remaining inwardly strong, clear, connected to themselves, and deeply alive while life continues to ask more and more of them.
I believe that many exceptional women do not suffer from a lack of potential.
They suffer from the fact that after years of constantly functioning, they gradually stop feeling fully connected to themselves.
Because responsibility has grown.
Because ambition has grown.
Because performance has become normal.
And because very few people see how much inner energy it takes to remain strong all the time.
⸻
Perhaps it is precisely from this reality that SHEJA was born.
Not from a desire to create a brand.
But from an inner necessity to create a different kind of space.
A space for women who want to go far without losing themselves along the way.
For women who no longer wish to separate ambition,
depth,
leadership,
vision,
and inner truth.
For women who understand that the quality of their inner world influences the quality of everything they create.
⸻
For me, SHEJA is not a method.
Nor is it a role.
It is more of an inner posture.
An inner state.
A place of calm that has become an internal reference point over the years.
A particular way of paying attention.
A deep respect for the human being—for everything they carry, endure, hide, and rarely express.
⸻
The older I become, the more I believe that true dignity is something very quiet.
Perhaps it begins precisely at the moment when a person starts taking themselves seriously again.
Not through hardness.
But through inner honesty.
Experience transforms the way we see life.
BEGIN THE CONVERSATION

« Perhaps the greatest tragedy of modern life is not that we feel too little, but that, in constantly moving forward, we gradually stop listening to ourselves.»
